Scope changes
A material change in question, dataset, output, deadline, reviewer requirement, privacy risk, or meeting load requires a written change note. ProWrite states the effect on deliverables, fees, and timeline before proceeding.

Revision limits
The signed scope states the included revision rounds and what counts as a revision. Corrections of ProWrite-introduced errors do not consume a client revision round. New objectives or new analysis are scope changes.
Cancellation
Before work starts, a client may cancel in writing. After work starts, completed work and committed professional time remain chargeable; unused prepaid professional fees are returned, less disclosed non-recoverable third-party charges.
Refunds
Refunds are based on unused scope, not a guaranteed academic, ethics, defense, or publication outcome. If ProWrite cancels without completing the agreed work, unused prepaid professional fees are returned.
Complaints and appeals
The person involved in the disputed work does not make the final review alone when an independent reviewer is reasonably available. The response records the issue, evidence considered, decision, corrective action, and appeal route.
Authorship disputes
Affected work may be paused. ProWrite records each claimed contribution, applies the target journal and institutional rules, separates authorship from acknowledgement, and does not decide authorship by payment or seniority.
Conflicts of interest
Relevant financial, professional, institutional, or personal relationships must be disclosed. A conflict may require recusal, an independent check, revised scope, or refusal of the engagement.
Corrections
Material errors are logged, assessed for affected outputs, corrected with version history, and communicated to the client. Public knowledge content displays a correction history rather than silently replacing material claims.
Outcome boundary
Payment purchases work—not approval, significance, or publication.
ProWrite does not promise protocol approval, graduation, a successful defense, statistically significant findings, manuscript acceptance, indexing, or publication speed. Decisions remain with ethics committees, institutions, panels, journals, editors, reviewers, and the evidence.

A public promise needs a working channel.
Submit only the minimum information needed to understand the issue. Do not include patient identifiers or confidential clinical details. The reference number creates a traceable record for follow-up.
